Job Description


Voyagu is an international travel management company founded in Ukraine, now expanding with new offices in Miami and Chicago. We connect premium travelers with travel experts for better and easier planning, booking, and managing of their trips.

Operating in a growing billion-dollar travel industry, Voyagu already generates millions in revenue and employs over a hundred professionals across offices in San Francisco, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Mexico City — and we continue to expand globally.

We're looking for energetic, driven sales professionals who are fluent in English and passionate about travel.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation: $45,000–$70,000 yearly (base + commission, performance-based), offered under an independent contractor agreement

What You'll Do:

  • Qualify incoming prospects to turn them into business opportunities
  • Identify the client's travel needs to match the right company product for the client
  • Navigate your client through the product options to close the deal with you
  • Master customer care skills to ensure a perfect client experience, loyalty, and recommendation
  • Establish individual relationships with your clients to be a trusted business partner for all their travel needs
  • Working in a team of 4-6 agents together with a team leader
  • Completing sales targets
  • Make mistakes, but don't make the same mistake twice. No one has ever done what we are doing, so fasten your seatbelt
  • Working hours: 10 AM – 6 PM ET 

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent English (C1 or higher)
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Service roles
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working or communicating with U.S. clients is a plus
  • Additional languages, such as Ukrainian or Russian, are a strong advantage
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and international mindset
  • Active work authorization in the United States is required
