We’re seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Charity Event Assistant to join our mission-driven team! This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others, enjoys working at live events, and is eager to build a fulfilling career in nonprofit fundraising, event marketing, and community engagement .
No experience required — paid training provided.
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing charity events and fundraising campaigns
Engage with attendees, donors, and community members in a friendly, professional way
Provide information about nonprofit partners, charity programs, and fundraising initiatives
Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, registration, and activity coordination
Maintain a positive, welcoming, mission-focused atmosphere at every event
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient event operations
Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting as needed
Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with the public
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and driven to make a meaningful impact
Event or customer service experience is a plus—not required
Genuine passion for charity work, community involvement, and helping others
Paid training with hands-on experience in charity events and nonprofit fundraising
