Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams and resources effectively.



Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
• Manage contract negotiations and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to project specifications and requirements.
• Monitor project performance and report on progress, addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure effective scheduling and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
• Utilize ERP systems for project tracking and management, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial HVAC or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and budgeting principles.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations relevant to HVAC projects.
• Experience with technical documentation and project planning methodologies.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and project management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
