Overview:

Primarily responsible for developing mobile app, web app, and email marketing campaign designs to support CSC’s laundry apps for use by consumers to purchase laundry services, access online customer service/account management, and shop in our marketplace .

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Design user flows to support Product features across mobile and web grounded in Human Centered Design
  • Design screens for our Mobile App and Customer Service Portal
  • Create, update, and manage a library of reuseable UI components
  • Lead the creation of UX flows for new product features with Product Owner
  • Support Product Owner in communicating requirements and designs to the Engineering team
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape product vision
  • Participate in and synthesize user research to validate design decisions
  • Design marketing email templates and hand-off to Engineering team
  • Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4-7 years of related experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient or expert in Figma, User Testing Practices, and UX / HCD Principles
  • Comfortable with Jira, Confluence, and Agile software development processes
  • Experience working with Mobile and Web teams leveraging React Native with an understanding of mobile app best practices
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and other Business stakeholders
  • Able to complete User Experience Research and create UX Flows
  • Ability to apply principles of logical and design thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
  • Ability to self-pace and work remotely in a minimally supervised environment.
  • Works with tight deadlines and has the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changes and directives
