Job Description
We are seeking a poised, attentive, and customer-focused Waitress to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, high-quality service, and an outstanding dining experience. You will contribute to the overall ambiance and efficiency of our service operations while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
Present menus, take orders accurately, and provide menu guidance when needed
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining area
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure excellent guest experiences
Handle customer requests, concerns, and special requirements with care
Process payments and ensure accurate order handling
Support daily operational needs and uphold company service standards
Qualifications
Strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely
